Our practice for neurology and psychiatry is located at the heart of Neukölln in Berlin. Some call it the border between north and south Neukölln. Others call us ”the practice nearby Grenzallee“, although the exact address is Karl-Marx-Straße 272, 12057 Berlin (see map). Here we treat all neurological and psychiatric diseases. Changed opening hours in April and May
Laboratory hours on 17th April will be only in the morning. Please remember that Ascension Day on 9th May is a public holiday. On 8th may, the day before, laboratory hours are also only in the morning. The practice will stay closed on 9th and 10th may.

Welcome! Before we get started at your first appointment we will need some information about you. In order to simplify the collection of your data, we kindly ask you to read our privacy policy, print, fill and sign our medical history form and bring it with you to your appointment.
Medical Procedures
In neurology and psychiatry, technical examinations may be neccesary, included EEG, evoked potentials (SEP, VEP, AEP), neuronography, myography, sonography and lumbar puncture. We carry out all of them in our practice. [learn more here]
Electronic presctiption, electronic certificate of incapacity for work and telematics infrastructure
Since 1st January 2024, the electronic prescription for medication (»E-Rezept«) is mandatory by law and replaces the paper prescription. The electronic prescription will be uploaded to highly secure computers on the internet. At the pharmacy, you will need to scan your health insurance card to identify yourself so that the prescription can be downloaded to the pharmacy. You will then receive your medication as usual. The electronic certificate of incapacity for work (»eAU«) has replaced the paper form since July 2022. »E-Rezept« and »eAU« are two applications of the so-called telematics infrastructure, which forms an electronic data network in the German health sector. The spread of the coronavirus in Europe is currently no longer considered a pandemic. Since April, masks are no longer mandatory. Feel free to wear a mask if you want to for your own safety.
